The following applies to both link-ware and purchase-ware.

By using, copying, downloading or transfering my available site contents, you are agreeing to my "Terms of use" below.

You may NOT use my premades or customs to make new graphics. You may not alter them in any way with the execption of graphics that were intended for you to add your own text to. All clip art and PSP Tubes may be used to create new graphics, they may not be offered as is. You must make something with them.

Link-ware terms of use All link-ware graphics are for family friendly sites only. ALL link-ware items must be linked back to me at the following address. http://simplygraphics.net There are no exceptions other than for my misc blinkies. I retain the copyright to ALL link-ware graphics. You may only borrow my graphics for your site. You may only use my creations as they were inteneded to be used.

Purchase-ware terms of use Purchase-ware graphics are for the purchaser only. You may not share or give my graphics to anyone with the exception to the following. Adoptions that were intended to be shared. Animations, PSP tubes and ClipArt may be used to create Purcahseware Sig Tags. Pixel Calendars that have been completed may be sold for profit. Printable Itmes may be given away in printed format only.

You are not purchasing my creations, you are purchasing the right to use them. My creations are copyrighted by Simply Graphics. You must not claim them as your own. You must provide a link back to my site on the same page as you place the graphic. Most purchase-ware graphics include a ready made button to link to my site.
